Pila Ballet


This class combines ballet, pilates, body stretching, cardio and other exercise to strengthen and tone your muscles. We will also do some intermittent cardio work.

  • 9:00 am on Mon., Wed., and Fri.

  • 4:00 pm on Tuesday

  • $35 for a drop-in
